I first discovered Cherokee a couple of years ago and I was instantly hooked. This French duo fuses the 70's funk and disco sound with today's indie-dance/house vibe so well that it's hard to dislike their sound. They don't put out tracks all that often, but when they do you know it's going to be good. This time they have put together an incredibly well crafted mix that is full of win. The mix was done exclusively for SoMix & Brain Magazine. A fun little contest is also underway! If you can guess the original singer of the r&b tune around the 15 minute mark then SoJeans will be hooking you up with some jeans! There is no tracklist yet, but they have fused so many songs together in this set and have done it in a flawless fashion. All edits and mashups were done by the guys themselves.
